Comment on Draft #2 NOW!

The second draft of the proposed “Health Sex Education” Standards has been released.

Click here for Draft #2. Draft #2 is a watered down version of Draft #1. The State Board of Education and the Nebraska Department of Education continue to ignore the majority of Nebraskans-we have consistently called for these standards to be scrapped entirely! They are unnecessary and beyond their legal mandate. Draft #2 does not protect our children from the harmful implementation of comprehensive sexuality education or from elements of critical race theory. #scrapthestandards.

The Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) is seeking input on Draft #2 of the Nebraska Health Education Standards. Feedback can be provided in multiple ways:
